The Jolimont Endoscopy Team believes that the following contribute to Quality Health Care for our Patients:

Patient Focus

The focus on patients and patient care is firmly established through interdisciplinary collaboration, consultation, understanding and education.

The intention being that all patients and families carers are treated with dignity and respect.

Education

Patients who are informed regarding their procedure and the associated costs prior to their visit to our facility.

Staff members who are knowledgeable and motivated, seeking to learn and improve care practices and standards, and at all times provide safe and effective care and support for patients and colleagues based on the best evidence available.

Communication

An open system of communication which is multidirectional, timely and relevant. A feedback system dealing with the care that patients receive whilst in the facility, the information received by patients prior to coming to and after leaving our facility.

Standard of Care

The standard of care is maintained by the use of the highest calibre of equipment, the best evidence available and by ensuring all processes in the facility meet all relevant legislative and health care sector standards and guidelines for safe and effective care.
